I am having difficulty coming up with the right mediocre word for this "brewery". My wife makes more beer in our kitchen than this "brewery". And it wouldn't take much, because the amount of beer this "brewery" makes is none. The mining decor is interesting at least. Just like the other place in this dead town, it's not as advertised. Worth mentioning the other place isn't a brewery either. Even though they also advertise as one. However, if you look at it differently, as far as restaurants attached to a gas station go it's very good indeed. Very clean floors and surfaces. The sandwich I ordered was very good also. The sole employee was kind and perhaps even understanding of my complaints regarding the discrepancy of the signage vs the reality. Maybe he too wishes it was actually a brewery. Me and you both mate.

Had a wonderful experience at Crosscut! Super nice staff, tasty food and delicious cold beers. Perfect place to stop while in town. The avocado fries are a must try and the onion rings were amazing as well! Loved sitting out on the patio! Thank you for a lovely Sunday lunch!

The atmosphere here is one of high expectations, I was pretty excited for pizza! When I learned that literally everything here is frozen nothing is made with fresh ingredients. Other than that the beer was great and the service was good. However they need more help the one waitress/front of the house, well I mean she did everything. Fresh food and this place would make serious waves i think.

Cross cut is not a brewery! It doesn’t make there own beer. But they have good beer on tap. And they make an awesome Cheeseburger! Fresh ground beef. After a long drive it’s delicious.

Only food we had was fries (as we were required to get SIME good with our beers.) That's the law. I get it. The fries were underdone & better in the junior high cafeteria line. Their beer? Oh yeah...they don't BRRW anything. Nothing! It's a 7-11 with taps of Moab beer. Wish I had stopped at the brewery up one exit cuz perhaps they are a brewery
