Self-important, self-indulgent and homophobic. The sheriff of nottingham (police chief) and his merry men (little joe and old joe) are not interested in keeping the peace but only in their self serving needs and interests. If by some reason they don't like you our your family they will harasses you and make idle threats. The good old hots club that runs rampant in this town needs to be stopped.

Police chief is out of control. Has no meaningful supervision and abuses his power in a illegal manner. He was demoted and suspended from his previous employment and it appears his poor decision making has followed him to Palouse. He carries out personal vendettas using discrimination.
