Great food, quick and delicious. Much better than fast food and so much more for your money. We are loyal customers.
The food portions are slightly larger than the norm, among Chinese restaurants, but the food isn't any better than subpar Chinese takeout places. I had ordered the sesame chicken and it was WAY TOO sweet - it felt like I was eating only sugar. The fried chicken pieces were about 70% breading, so I wasn't eating sesame chicken - I was eating sesame breading in sugar sauce. I saw the high star-rating, similar to Oriental Pearl, so I gave it a shot and drive the extra 10 minutes - hugely disappointed!!
I usually get the hunan chicken or boneless ribs lunch special, and the portions are large the ribs aren't grisly and the chicken has a great flavor to it, even though it's not spicy.
Since my childhood, I’ve been going to Hong Kong Restaurant and my go to here is the vegetable singapore noodles. It’s a savory hot dish cooked with curry seasoning and delicious vegetables. (The broccoli is fantastic) It’s by far my favorite dish. When it’s drenched with a bit of hot sauce, it gives your taste buds a kick. Since I’ve been going here, about 10 years, the staff here has been the same and very courteous. The service here has always been great and I will keep coming for more.
