My 6th times great grandfather served here with George Washington.
Very beautiful spot of American history the revolutionary war battle field.
For one of the largest battles during the Revolution, thee is surprisingly little to do here. I had expected at least some interpretive walking trails. But the park and museum are nice. The guides for the historic houses are informed and the houses themselves are interesting.
Didnt have much time and most of it is outdoors and it was too cold. Small museum but you pay to enter. Worthy of a second look if you have time. Lots of cheesy colonial inspired souvenirs if you need any.
Awesome field trip. Our guide, Andrew, tailored presentation to my group and was the consummate professional. It was a wonderful and educational experience!
