As a previous car wash owner, I am someone who takes great pride in a well-maintained car wash. Not to mention the token scam, where you deposit cash and get tokens back. AKA they are getting every cent of your dollar. I went to wash my car. No pre-soak, no tire cleaner, and... NO SOAP! What kind of car wash is this? Tried calling and emailing the place. I'll never get my $10 back, and more importantly, I'll never get my time back. Do not waste your time at this car wash; it is honestly the WORST car wash I've ever been to.
Tried to go through this place about a month ago at 9 o'clock at night. It was the automatic one in Kennett. Dispensed my money into the pay machine and then the car wash didn't turn on when I pulled into my car wash. Didn't even recognize that my car was sitting in the car wash waiting for it to start. Called the company and left a voicemail that it basically took my money and never turned on to wash my car. They never responded, won't be going back here. Take your money elsewhere.
