Bad business ethics. Con artist. As you might have been aware of his looks. First impression never deceives. Pulls back door deals in-between buyers and sellers. beware of this guy. your money is very safe dealing with this con man.

Late last year we made the decision to move to Abbotsford from another province. We contacted Paul, met with him, reviewed the market , our needs and wants and timing. Paul was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful to us, and demonstrated patience, a thorough knowledge of the market, house construction (which varies somewhat from Eastern Canada) as well as a knowledge of local builders and contractors. He went to great pains to explain real estate laws and disclosures (again a significant difference exists between BC and Eastern Canada.) When there were interesting houses on the market, he forwarded details. With Paul's help we purchased a house that we moved into six weeks ago, and we are very happy with our entire house purchase process. I only write reviews for exceptional service or very poor service, and it is on the basis of outstanding service that I write this review. Thank you Paul!

We bought in Abbotsford when we relocated from Europe. Paul worked with us for 18 months to help acquaint us with housing in The Fraser Valley. The house he helped us find is perfect. He was very knowledgable and easy to communicate with.
