Billie-Jo was great to work with. She was so personable from our first meeting and made us feel instantly comfortable. She really helped us find what we were looking for even when we weren't sure what exactly we wanted. She was quick to respond and helpful. We highly recommend and would definitely use her again in the future.

We were looking for house in delta/surrey area with lots of conditions plus we don’t live in BC. So it was a total challenge for us to get what we were looking for.....and it was accomplished only because of Billie’s patience, integrity and professionalism. We have seen countless houses and she was always patient and provided us enough information based on our house hunt criteria. We will always thanks her for being part of closing a deal of a beautiful house in Delta. We highly recommend her as your agent not only because of above reasons only but also of her quick response for any question we may have even after months of purchase.

I can't say enough about Billie-Jo! It's a very rare thing to find someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart. Billie-Jo was always quick to respond and make herself available. We always felt that she was 100% committed to doing what was best for us, and she never pressured us. If I could give her a 6 out of 5, I would! You will not find a better realtor to deal with and to represent you than her!

Billie-Jo was great during the process of buying my first home. She answered all of my many, many questions and went over every detail of home ownership carefully with me (sometimes more than once) to maje sure I understood. I really appreciated her honesty and her personable demeanor. I've already recommended her to others!
