I will never forget the horrible experience that I had with Karen. I am an Investor and have a home in Price. I was looking for a management company to help me run it since I live two hours away. Karen made the rules and told me what I could and couldn’t do for my own property. An example of this was when she said she can’t change her contract for the amount to charge a renter for a pet deposit. I manage my other properties and each property varies on deposited depending on the interiors of the home. Some are older inside, which enables me to go less on a pet deposit, but some are newly rehabbed with thousands of dollars in upgrades. I had gutted & rehabbed my Price property with new carpet and laminate flooring and needed a higher deposit amount. Karen told me that she can’t change her contract just for me. She also told me that I have to rent it as a two bedroom when I clearly have four. Instead of making a recommendation of adding a few small closets to two rooms, (which is never a big deal as an investor), she just said, “nope!... I can only rent it as a two”. Just a terrible attitude & very unprofessional. She also set my cleaning deposit at her rate. It’s my home, I get to decide on how much deposits are. A very controlling lady. There is no sun shining here...It’s apparent that the sun must be shining somewhere else! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Karen is such a helpful and responsive Broker/Agent. Not only has she helped my family find rentals that fit the specific needs of our family she helped us buy our forever home. She has amazing resources to Lenders. She will work hard for you and your needs. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a trustworthy realtor, and a piece of mind buying a home.

Second to none in local real estate!

This place is horrible! They don't even want to sell anything I tried working with them a couple of times and it was just a waste of my time. They won't even call you back to go and look at houses. They tell you they are sold. Funny thing is the houses are still up for sale with there sign out front. I'm sure the sun is somewhere just not here
