Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have never had an issue when coming here. The food is consistent and the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond.nnStory time, my younger sister left her bag behind after my 3 year old daughter pushed it under the booth by accident. The staff went as far as trying to find her on FB to get the bag back to her since my sisters life is in this one particular bag.nnWe can't thank you enough! You've definitely got customers for life (not that you didn't already) after showing how dedicated you are to your guests that come in.nnFantastic customer service. Wonderful food. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for? :)

Busy atmosphere they did good.

This is not a good restaurant. We walked in- were not greeted by the host- and were seated in a booth surrounded by tables that had not been cleared or wiped. We sat and waited for 20 minutes to be greeted by a server, to no avail. (In that time, none of those tables had been wiped). A server walked past us three times and ignored us. In that time, he also had to replace a water for a customer sitting near us because it “had floating pieces in it”. In other news, the IHOP in Burnaby (which we came to after) is top notch. Highly recommend.

Today was our first time going to a restaurant since Covid started and it was great. We had awesome service and felt comfortable. They took good care of our rowdy children. Fun place to go for birthdays. (Sign up for their Royalty Program!)

Food is still good. Down side is no sour cream for my fries.
