Easily one of my favorite places to visit on campus. The exhibitions are wonderful and I could just look at the art for hours. Best part is that it’s FREE! Art is for everybody!! ✨
Just visited the Butler Institute of American Art, the free, donation-based renowned art museum on the campus of Youngstown State University, and they were open- the Palmer Museum of Art is not. Why? What’s the difference? End the shenanigans, open the museum and require masks like every other place including other university art museums, and you’ll get the rest of the stars.
It's a very nice museum. It's free. There's a lot to see and to appreciate. Definitely take a visit!
Great place to visit and I am not a very artsy person.
The facility is well staffed with friendly people. It is fantastic to share the world of art with our children and you can't beat free admission.
