Well I went in for a drill and a bit set, found the drill right away but still needed the bit set. Walked up to one of the staff behind the help desk, he looked pre occupied taping up a box, so I said if he had time to answer a question, he said “well maybe”. So I asked him where the bit sets are, kid looked at me like I was an alien and never heard of these words in a row. So I had to explain “you know, Phillips Robertson head stuff like that”. Kid asked another sales associate where this unearthly combo of words is located; “bit set”, I never predicted this could be so complicated. So they both suggested I go ask the back desk, an older gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me.nnIf you work at a hardware store and don’t know what a bit set is, should you be working at a hardware store? It’s like working at a veterinarians clinic and acting like you’ve never seen a dog before.nnThe short and sweet of it, I got what I needed and had a laugh at the same time.
