The Blonde Bistro had great food options! There are gluten free options. The prices can be on the pricier range, but are similar in price compared to other restaurants in this area. The atmosphere was amazing! You can sit outside next to the water, or you can choose to eat inside. During COVID regulations, you wear a mask inside until you sit down. To order food, you can order online and mark dining in, or you can walk up to the window (wearing a mask). Food was really delicious and had great portions!

We were so happy to see that Blonde Bistro was doing brunch at Axemann! Already coming every weekend for dinner, the Blonde Bistro brunch was just as great as any of their dinner options. The food is consistently delicious and filling. So excited to see both businesses expand and grow together!

Ciara, owner and chef of the blonde bistro, has the most amazing homemade food around. Very reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere, super nice staff. Ciara and her staff never fail to provide excellent food and customer service. Have ordered from there numerous times and will continue to do so.

We tried the new brunch menu because we have enjoyed other meals we have had! Did not disappoint. Sausage biscuit and gravy with tots and bacon was delish

This review is with regards to the new location, in the Axemann Brewery.nnWe have made 3 trips to the Axemann Brewery over the past month and have purchased food from the Blonde Bistro all 3 visits. You folks need to step your game up.nnAugust 13 we ordered the Big Spring Vodka pasta with meatballs. The food was quite good BUT for $19 the serving was not much more than comes in a Lean Cuisine. Picking up the food at the window we asked if anything came with the dish like bread. Surprised that wasn’t standard fare although the counter person did provide a small basket with some bread slices, without any spread. The value for what we received was not there.nnAugust 22, we once again visited the brewery and this time we decided on a large pizza to serve 4 guests. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza costing over $21. Pizza was simply awful! Way under down and very doughy in the middle. And, we are still looking for the sausage which was not put on the pizza. Why did we not bring it back? The line for food was stretched to the entrance and returning food can be adventurous.nnWe will patronize the brewery again in the future but until the Blonde Bistro provides a product with quality and quantity commensurate with the pricing, we will give the food trucks a chance going forward. Wish you all the best but know there are options.
