Long lines, good sandwich
We are usually pleased with our service at our local Arby's, however this particular day, our fries were cold not even warm, cold and our sandwiches were just okay. Everyone has an off day, so we won't hold it against. Just was surprised not their normal standard.
Arby's had a special running 5 for $10. It was wild! So many people going for this Classic Arby's Burger. The line of cars extended down the highway! They are fresh! They are excellent tasting!
The drive-thru line was long (out to Scalp long), but that's understandable being that the dining room isn't open. The workers were nice and polite, my order was correct, the food was hot, and my milkshake was ice cold and refreshing. My only complaint would be that they skimped out on the fries in my order of loaded curly fries. Other than that, the service was great and my food was good!!
As far as fast food goes, the food itself is excellent. Curly fries are always cooked perfectly and the roast beef never disappoints. Service is friendly, but not fast. I feel that a better system or a better layout is needed at this location specifically. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for fast food, but I do mind waiting in line in the middle of busy Scalp Ave during rush hour. The last 3 time I've been there, the line was out to the street and I did not feel safe.
