I never give 5 stars, but the Station crew AND the Pennsylvanian Train's on-board crews are the best.nStation agents are expected to ticket, get Station ramps and platform levels ready rain or snow.nTrain crews are efficient and work non stop.
Very eye opener off what happened very sad but beautiful town to walk through definitely go on the incline and eat at the restaurant at the top eat on the balcony over looks the town awesome
I don’t understand how they can be consistently late and get away with an apology.
The staff is super friendly and informative. They even let me know I can reserve tickets to save on last second fees by just calling ahead.
Sat at station for an hour and a half. Decided bus wasn't coming when it hit an hour after scheduled time.nnCalled customer service six times and noone could answer any questions or do anything for me. Last man yelled at me when I said my eticket didn't have a confirmation number, only a reservation number.nnI hope to never need to deal with this company ever again.
