I guess the little people imitate the big people. Everyone is friendly on the surface but isn't great about returning phone calls or doing anything that isn't the norm. Based on what I hear from my kids, the little ones are cliquish even at such a young age. Here because of job transfer but have to get my children away from this weird, cold, unfriendly (friendly on the surface) school district and community.
Personally when I went to hillview the staff was very rude to me for no reason other than that I had epilepsy and they didn't want to deal with it
