Very good customer service. Got fluid film applied here. Everything great except where they sprayed the fluid film up into the back hatch it drained out onto rear bumper and kind of left discolored lines.
Completely negative. The windows inside my truck were still dirty after their detail. I could still see where my suction cup marks were, from the navigation unit.nnThe interior I would give a 5 on a 10 scale, and a 5 on the exterior detail, and that's being benevolent. Will never use this service again!nnPeople want to get paid quick enough, but won't take the time to do the job right. Stay far away from Grove City Detail Company!nn21 July 2015. Not even a phone call follow up from owner, regarding inferior detail service. Poor service period!
