Very fast when it comes to making orders and checking out.
The people that work here are very unfriendly. Also, never put enough meat on your sub.
I've been going to this subway pretty consistently making online orders and enjoying my subs. The staff is nice, the food is fresh, and from what I can tell its pretty clean. The parking can be a issue at busy hours but most of the time its good.
Always make my subs delicious!
We ordered from work and they made 2 of the sandwiches with nothing on them....just the meat. They made an error because we have the list that was called in. When i called to ask for credit for the two sandwiches they said no...we could come back and get the veggies that they left off!! We have a half hour for lunch and were not going to to this.....what poor customer service. Never again will i order from the Saxonburg Subway!!
