My family and I have been out shopping all day and doing chores (groceries and putting them away, the usual) and we stopped at Subway last-minute. When we went through the drive thru, the man taking our order was extremely monotone, and when we got to our fourth sandwich he bluntly asked us how many we were ordering. When we pulled up to the window, one of the workers made it very obvious that he was not happy as he started throwing his arms around in the air while turned to another employee making our food, this scene was in front of the window where it was visible. He also ended up throwing one of our sandwiches on the other side of the table. It was not the most nice thing to do to pull in almost last minute, but in all fairness I’ve experienced people coming in late during my work and I have become annoyed, but it is no excuse to direct that attitude to the costumer. This will not chase me away from subway, as their food isn’t too bad, but I was upset to see the employee react the way he did. It was uncalled for, yet my family still gave him a tip in the end.

Having a drive-through is a great feature- when implemented properly. A huge rule of thumb when working at any fast food establishment is to prioritize the drive-through customers. People are less inclined to wait when they're in their car using their fuel.nWhen I went recently, the staff informed me that they only had two bread types at the moment. There were three people working, 2 sets of guests inside and, at the time, only me at the drive through.nYou'd think at least one of them would bake more breads- especially the popular Italian.nI've come across good and bad staff at this particular location, and I feel as though it lacks the direction to ensure quality.

The best subway in 30 miles. They have a drive through! Who does that? Meat is fresh and you get a lot. Great store ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Friendly service and delicious sandwiches. As good or better experience than most other Subway stores.

I was in a hurry so I went through the drive thru. There was 1 car ahead of me and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. I assumed there must have been only 1 person working, but when they opened the window I saw at least 4 people. Order was fine, but this us supposed to be FAST food.
