Julie is great and is very quick, which is ok with me... ***BEWARE = they reuse acetone and files. I bring my own files. You have to make sure the tips are clean on the drill tool, if you don't think they are, make them clean the tools. Always as for NEW files. IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU GOT YOUR MONEY'S WORTH OR NOT HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME, MAKE THEM DO IT OVER. YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. IT SHOULD BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE REQUESTING.

Every time we have been in there it has been very rushed. I had a 20 min pedicure my daughter and my mom 17 min and my daughter got the more expensive. The first time I went In with the owner I watched her kick product under the chair and not use it. I thought I would give them another chance. Well that left to several chances and it’s always the same experience. We walked out with polish not good, product still in our legs, and feeling extremely rushed and unimportant. My mom also got a manicure and they did not rub or massage her hands and she was done within15 min including the gel nail polish. I have never left a review but this is deserved . If I could give them 0 stars I would. Always been dissatisfied and will never go back. If I can help someone save money then I hope this helps

Every time I go here I've always had an issue. One of the girls was yanking my arms the other day to look at my nails. I feel like the workers are in a rush to get the nails done. I got my acrylics done with a friend who only had gel. I can see him going really fast trying to get us out at the same time I guess, but the nails only lasted 3 days so I didn't even bother to get a fill in. I did have finger nail polish on before hand, and it wasn't completely cleaned off all the way before he put on the acrylics. I had french tips, so it was obvious I had other nail polish on too. I keep giving this place a chance but I don't think I'll go back again. Fine with pedicures, but if you want your fingernails done they don't do a good job.

I came here on but haven't had a chance to write my review until now. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is fantastic and makes you feel so comfortable. You definitely pay for the service when you come here and it's worth every penny! I had an appointment with she did such an amazing job with my nails! I came in with a picture of how I wanted it and she made them look even better than the picture! I will definitely be making my appointments with her whenever I want to get my nails done!*******

I was SO disappointed and very frustrated! They rushed me through my pedicure because it was busy. I will not go back.
