After waiting 7 months I finally got up the courage to get my haircut and was so happy I did. Lynette made me feel at ease and gave me a wonderful haircut They are very Covid conscious and I will return again on my regular 6 week cut schedule. You ladies are the best and deserve a big Thank You
They were helpful, professional, caring, and fun. Most if all they did a great job. My friend was very happy. It was her birthday.
Stylist completely ignored what my wife wanted, cut her hair just a couple inches long when she wanted it past her shoulders. On top of that she rushed through the haircut in 10 minutes and left it completely uneven. We will not be returning.
Great place to go to when in need of some good hair care and hair cut. Staff is amazing and they take the time to understand what exactly you wanting to get done.
I used to live and work in Lynden so this place was super convenient... however everytime I've been there someone has been rude to me. I have long hair and apparently cutting long hair is too much of a burden for them as one of the employees purposely skipped over my name to take the next customer. Even her own co-worker called her out on it and he ended up cutting my hair instead. What horrible customer service. When they do cut your hair, sometimes it's uneven, as I've had friends go here and had this issue. So with the majority of my experiences here being awful, I now go to my boyfriend's barber who has way more experience, charges less, actually enjoys her job and isn't a rude person.
