The subway club has bacon on it instead of the roast beef

Went today to get a sandwich for my daughter n i, apparently, I could not get the special “bogo” because I wanted to pay cash instead of paying by credit card through the app....I couldn’t even place my order through the app because again, I wanted to pay cash....A lil frustrated, I went on and ordered my food and asked did they have the new “carrot cake cookies” she said yes and I added one to my order. I broke a piece of the cookie off and what do u know! It’s oatmeal raisin the only twist, it has that cream cheese frosting on it. So they r passing off oatmeal raisin cookies for the carrot cake cookies, just with icing. I’ve got pics to prove it, no carrots only raisins and icing and taste like oatmeal raisin as well...smmfh.

The people behind the counter we're very mean to these elderly women who were trying to order. It was pretty clear that they were hard of hearing and the counter girls acted as if it was a problem taking their order.
