Horsham Car Wash

They do not wipe down the interior of the vehicle, I have two dogs and when I asked them to please wipe the inside windows I was given a lot of attitude as if this was not a service I had paid for. It’s extremely upsetting to be treated like I’m “bothering” them when I have been a loyal customer, always tip well and have referred other people to them. I will never go to them again or refer anyone again.

Please keep in mind this review is coming from a patron of this business for years. It was without a doubt my favorite car wash to go to and I was asking to drive to get to it. Today I brought in my new (used) Lincoln MKZ that I just actually got registered and tagged today. The car wash read my first stop after getting the tags. As usual I do it off get the inside and outside done. I even left a $6 tip in the jar as I always try to be generous when I can. I can tell you they will not get another penny from me. When I got into the car to leave I noticed that the chrome volume lever was actually snapped in half. I immediately parked and brought it to their attention. They tried to tell me I brought it to the wash like that without even asking the guys who took the car from me if they saw anything broken when sending it thru the wash. So I brought him down and they all said they didn't notice anything broken at all. I'm put on with the manager who wasn't working and said give me 10 minutes I'll be there and we will figure it out. I said okay and all is a sudden after waiting in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes a cop knocks on my door. I gave him my license and registration and explained to him what happened and apologized for him even having to waste his time I didn't realize the police were called. He says no worries its a civil issue but I have a report for you on record in case you have to sue but it sounds like they want to make it right. So I thank him go inside the car wash and he calls me a liar, that I brought the car in damaged like that and they won't do anything. I said okay just give me your insurance policy and we'll submit an insurance claim to get it right. He proceeds to call me a liar again. The cop was still in parking lot so I rush out to grab him. He says unfortunately its a civil matter but I do have everything documented for you you'll have to take him to court. This is the most absurd thing I've ever encountered in my life! I must have given him multiple thousands of dollars in business before and now when there's an issue they call me a liar and completely question my integrity! His own people said it wasn't broke when it went into the car wash and it is now and he's denying they had anything to do with it. I warn you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH. IF YOU DO YOU'RE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm now going to waste the time and energy to bring a civil suit just because of the way he treated me and called me a scumbag to be face. You've been warned! There's plenty of other options trust me! Not worth the risk! I have never been more offended from a business that I've been more than faithful to for years in my life.

they did a OK job on my car didn’t get in all the cracks and everything I think they could do that a little better of job and the staff could be more friendly

Just love these guys! Always do a great job cleaning every time.

Overall, they do a decent job. Need to do better with the interior windows, especially the front and rear.
