First off, it's wonderful to be able to get my haircut again!! This Great Clips is wonderful. Easy to get in, limited to no wait time and the people are extremely good and friendly! Donna took care of me and she is one of the best out there! Patient, professional and friendly. I would give more stars if possible!
Ferndale - I will never get a hair cut at this location again, unless they get new employees. Hair cuts are cheap and decent but every time I go, two women in particular are just rude, unpleasant, and want to argue with you about the style you are asking for.
Finally a hair stylist that can cut hair. Megan was amazing!!!
The people here give great haircuts. Very chill and friendly staff! I have been going here for the past 4 years and I have never been disappointed.
I don't usually go to Great Clips that much anymore since I found a different place to get my hair cut. However,since the place I usually go to was closed today I decided to give great clips another shot. I should've walked out when the staff was spewing out their political beliefs nonsensically but I stayed anyways. The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job and didn't really even acknowledge I was there. When she was done cutting my hair I wasn't totally satisfied with it and asked her if she could please cut it shorter. She gave me a look of disgust but proceeded to cut my hair. She would stop every 30 seconds or so to talk about personal matters with the other stylist next to her. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed she butchered my hair on the sides. Stay far away from this place and take your money elsewhere.
