We have been going here for years and never have I had such bad service that I did today. The staff was so ignorant and disrespectful, the restaurant only had one table when we entered the building and it took a server 20 minutes to even come to our table where we then asked for hot tea where we were given an attitude. During the course of the meal, no one checked on our table and it took awhile to get a soda. I am in the food business and always tipped well but service was not deserving of gratuity. We did tip on our 40 dollar bill but the owner thought it should be more. She caused a scene at our table Demanding more money tip for her server. We explained that we spend a lot of money in the restaurant and informed the owner of the service, she then became irate continued to demand more money for tip while pointing her finger in my face. At this time, the three patrons filling up the restaurant where it was humiliating to her customers. It was something out of a movie, very unprofessional. There was rumors about her and now experiencing this myself, it was totally uncalled for as I have supported and spent money there sometimes three times a week! Enter at your own risk!
The food used to be good but the last few times they forgot food items and they would not return the money to my card after I drove 30 minutes to pick my food up and return back home. They were very rude and didn't solve the issue. They kept telling me there was no manager on duty. I was furious, very poor customer service. I will not order anymore and I will alert family and friends who normally order from here as well.
Awesome food
My preferred spot for delicious Vietnamese food. arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. it has an awesome feel to it. food is like a restaurant in louisville i liked.
