The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. BUT we waited over 30 minutes to get our order. This is after waiting an extensive time. Customer service was polite and apologetic but this experience definitely has me looking to other sources for my fried chicken fix.

Would have given 5 stars but our subs were soaked in oil. They use way too much! My daughter couldn't even eat hers.
This is my favorite of the four local hoagie chains (the others being primos, slacks and lees). And the staff at this location is just great. I’m proud to support them before, during and after this pandemic. Love you guys!
