Tacobell. I understand you’re going for a budget and trying to reduce costs. You removed all the healthy options. You removed potatoes, you removed the classics. Your small menu now is terrible. I am actually going less and less. I went from a frequent flyer to maybe in a pinch and that’s if I don’t feel like waiting in a long line. Literally you’re losing business from me. Not by my choice. You dropped significant quantity of options. I hope you look at your business performance and realize that making a new prettier location does no good if you destroy your menu and increase price on the limited selection you kept. Your pricing yourself out of your demographic and removing the plentiful options that put you on. The top of the fast food list.

They forget stuff in your order all the time. (drive thru)nmake sure you check that you got everything. out of all the fast food restaurants that i go to, this one easily by far the most forgetful.nAlso just gonna update this review as of 12/02/2020.nMy mom ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and they gave her a burrito with beef in it. She's a vegetarian... Real spot on work taco bell

As the receipt says, I requested NO rice and NO Jalapeno sauce... Alas, what's on all 3!?!?!? Since theres a monsoon outside and I'm not driving all the way back to sit in drive thru for am hour, I get to not eat dinner tonight. This is how you take care of weekly customers?? HOW DO YOU MESS THIS UP!?!?!?!? ***you hope to see me soon? Yeah, maybe when i get an offer to replace the food I couldn't eat.***

Everytime I go here they either missing items, serving it sloppy, or can't just simply get the order correct! I went today and the sour cream was thrown on top of my taco and not inside it... I only was giving a few sauce and they never get them correct.. it's horrible ud83dude2dud83dude2dnIt's really not that hard to add food into the taco! I like taco bell obviously but don't like going here!nPlease hire people.. I'm really annoyed I could of said more but I'm just gonna leave it at this HIRE NEW PEOPLE PLEASE!!!!
