Just heard how they hire receptionist and over work them for minimal pay and when they quit after a couple go days don’t pay them and just keep saying ya it’s on the next pay roll.nMakes the brand remax look shady. I won’t be doing Buiness with them and recommending anyone but them.

I have used Tera Gurvich for many years and many home sales and buys. She is exceptional! When listing she takes the time to learn about the property she’s listing. She ensures that she (or someone in her office) is available to answer a potential buyers questions during the showing while being respectful and non intrusive. She ensures purchase contracts are fully reviewed and understood. When helping with our purchases she works to find an excellent fit to our needs. She always goes the extra mile. She has great support from the team at 604 marketing. I highly recommend Tera, Todd and the team at 604 Marketing.

Wish we could give Karen Tannous more than 5 Stars. My Wife Nadine and I flew into BC from Ontario to purchase a home in the S. Surrey White Rock area knowing absolutely nothing other than some research Nadine did prior. Karen was recommended by her nephew and we are so glad he did. From the second we met her we felt comfortable as can be. She was unbelievably well prepared, took us to several showings in 2 days and never once pushed us and was honest all the way through. We finally decided to switch gears and went from looking at condos to townhomes and found one that was exactly in the right location, price and our taste to a tee.
