I chose to work with Joel after hearing about him from a friend. My friend talked about his positive experience with Joel and I am very happy that I trusted his opinion. Often when you work with a realtor, they pressure you to make decisions quickly and they are relatively absent once the sale is completed. Joel takes the time to understand your real estate needs and he provides feedback and insight to help set you up for success. I highly recommend Joel!

I purchased a new development through Joel and he has provided progress updates regularly and is always available to answer all of my questions. Joel will advocate for your best interests throughout the process. He is always available to answer any questions and will be the first to provide honest and unbiased feedback. My father bought his first apartment in Surrey 2 years ago with Joel’s help. Joel impressed us so much that he not only became our entire family’s realtor but a close family friend. Joel helped me purchase a condo over the summer. He is a very friendly and easy to talk to guy. He got me setup with my search criteria and would flag me listings that matched my needs. Joel is very knowledgeable in the market and more importantly quick to arrange viewings. In the end he got the buying price down to my budget. I would not hesitate to use his service again.
