I first discovered Michael via online property searches to stay abreast of trends in my neighborhood. This prompted regular emails from Michael with new listings that matched my criteria. Thus when I unexpectedly had to sell my condo, Michael’s name was foremost in my mind. A quick call, and Michael responded immediately to arrange a meeting, at which he presented his perceptive and reasoned analysis of the current market in my area. Most importantly, he counselled me on the appropriate listing price to position my property for showings, and ultimately negotiated an efficient sale at a price that was fair to all parties. Along the way, Michael and Support Team member Alexa responded immediately and sensitively to all my queries (and were just fun to talk with). Michael’s dynamic style, experience and excellence at his craft were key to the successful sale of my property.

Michael is a master negotiator. Buying or selling, he has the knowledge, skill and experience to get the best result. He can see three steps ahead in terms of how the other side is going to react and/or counter. We believe he negotiated a deal for us that few realtors would have been capable of.
