Our experience with Percy Giesbrecht was truly phenomenal. We recently purchased a home in the South Surrey area and Percy was not only absolutely top notch in every aspect of this real estate transaction, but he was pivotal in facilitating and helping to expedite this family home purchase within our time crunch. I am a demanding client with never ending questions, and concerns, and with 4 young children in primary school my fiancé and I required a real estate agent who would truly put his clients needs in front and help guide us though this important step in our lives. 2 guys from Century 21driving a range rover keep knocking on my front door harrassing me and coming onto my property. I would never sell a house though these people and how they work, coming onto your property whenever they feel. Im not going to sell my house, no for sale sign outside means not for sale. I didn't phone you guys asking to buy my house so stop knocking on people's doors bugging them to sell their property's.

This real estate office has been Century 21 Seaside Realty for many years and is a nice local business. On our house search, we were introduced to this office and my phone call today, comfirmed this office continues on, as part of our community. Thanks for this .....nPS. Our 1 month vacation rental was linked to this office but not part of their business.
