As first time home buyer, my partner and I were super nervous, anxious and had no idea what the process was for buying a home. After talking with Summer about our needs and wants for our place she got to work right away and had viewings for us the following day! She is extremely professional, thorough and patient. Summer is wonderful to work with. She is professional, enthusiastic, sensitive (our homes are personal) and responsive beyond the call of duty. Communication is key... I could message her any time not always expecting her response almost immediately and there it would be! And I so appreciated her efforts to help stage my condo and make sure the condo was advertised in every possible circle and connection. I felt confident with Summer in all aspects of the sale. Summer is so incredibly professional, thorough, and patient . As a first time home buyer, the learning curve was steep but she was so fantastic at walking me through step by step and answering all my questions promptly. Summer was very knowledgeable and never hesitated to do some digging if she wasn't sure about one of my questions. I felt she always had my best interest at heart and would confidently recommend her to anyone!

Summer was fantastic. As a first time home buyer I had anxiety about the entire process. Thankfully with the wealth of knowledge Summer brings, it made this process SO much easier. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and provided me with additional resources about the property and the steps needed to complete the purchase.
