Very beautiful historic house and pleasant grounds for walking around
The history behind this house is absolutely amazing! The fact that George Washington and other dignitaries met there was so exciting!! All they ask for is a small donation for the upkeep of the totally refurbished house.
A not well known part of US Revolutionary War history. It is where Lafayette first met General Washington and joined his army.
Real nice place to spend the day.The grounds are beautiful and well-keptStaff is friendy.Take some time for your self and spend the day.
One of my relatives camped here during Rev war. I never knew this or even knew this was a place till a local told me about it. Did research and found a ton of info. A must see. So much history happened here. Shocked its not a national park service site.
