I have been going here for years and have always been satisfied with customer service. Today I went and because I didn't come out to my car fast enough, the attendant was obnoxious and yelled. Who does he think he is!! I have spent good money here for years.nPaying for the Ultimate Wash each time.nI immediately talked about this with the manager, he explained due to being Senior Citizens Day (Tuesday), cars tend to get backed up because people don't get to their vehicles when called plus many times don't leave their keys in the car so they can be moved. The manager did apologize to me. He said that is all he could do. I wasn't expecting anything other than perhaps he would speak with his staff about treating customers. Remember we are their bread and butter.nJust a final comment regarding my tardiness to get the car:nI had gone back inside to purchase a bottle of water since I realized I only had a buck for a tip (the rest were a couple of $20 bills), I had wanted to leave the guy a nicer tip at least $5. Anyway it was his loss as I only had the $1. He is lucky he got that!!!!!! I should have kept it.
I have been going to USA Car Wash for many years and have never been disappointed. They do a superb job outside and inside your car. And, Tuesdays are half-price for seniors...can't beat that!! I recommend them highly!
I was my own cars 90 percent of the time. On this particular Saterday my usual car was was closed due to a road closure. The wait was not long and the sevice was good.
They are good at what they do. My car always looks great when I leave here. Been coming here for 20 years and will keep on coming.
I have been using this place for over 20 years and over a $10 discount which I earn as a senior the owner Samuel will not honor a discount to wash my truck on senior day. The guy obviously does not understand economics. With my three vehicles I spend with tips about $1,000 per year and at least $15000 in the last 20 years. This place will never see me again. I was approached like I was a criminal over a $10 senior citizen discount in front of other customers. Don’t give them the satisfaction of patronizing this establishment. The owner should be ashamed. Truly a sad individual.
