Very happy with the service provided by Menard. They took the time to find out what I needed and wanted for my vehicle, then provided it. My car looks great. They also did an excellent job of cleaning and ozone treating the interior. As far as the value, they excelled here. Not only did I get great overall service , but the price was fantastic. I have been having my car detailed for years at other locations before finding Menard. I couldn't be happier with the price I paid for the excellent work provided. Menard was awesome! Bought a new(used) car and brought it over. They squeezed me in an early spot and made my car look ud83dudcaf new! Amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. 3 years ago I got a gift certificate to Menard's Premium Detailing for window tints and I was able the schedule it right away. The owner, Grant was very nice and professional and my windows looked amazing. At that time, I would have recommended anyone and everyone here. 2 years later, I got in a bad accident and totaled my car. When I got a new car last November 2019, I reached out to them for the same services. I talked to Grant again on the phone and he told me he would call me back to schedule a time. I never received a call back. I reached out again 3 weeks later with no response. I understand the importance of a good review but I also think the appreciation for repeating customers is more important. . My first experience was excellent but the second was awful, which is why I have given 3.
From start to finish everything was perfect and easy.I purchased the interior package for my car, looks brand new! One day service! I love it! The guys are sweet and professional. Would recommend Menard to everybody!!
I took my mothers SUV in for detailing. It hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years. It looked like new when I picked it up! I’m amazed how they brought the paint & wheels back to life. The interior was so fresh & immaculate. I can’t wait to take my vehicle in for detailing. Highly recommend!
