United Friends School

I could not be happier with our choice to send our daughter to United Friends School. She is surrounded by staff and teachers who create a healthy environment where students feels comfortable, engaged and encouraged to be an individual while being kind and inclusive. UFS is a perfect fit for our kid!

My daughter has attended UFS from pre-school through middle school. The school is more than just small multi-grade classrooms and hands on learning (though it is that as well). It has been her home away from home for 10 years- a place that is both nurturing and empowering. The teachers have fostered and encouraged in my daughter a love and a curiosity for learning. They have instilled a foundation of social justice and global awareness, and given her the tools of communication and conflict resolution. UFS educates the whole child. She is self-confident, thoughtful and compassionate due in no small part to her time at UFS. This school is so much more than a school- it is a firm foundation upon which to grow. I am so thankful not only for the part UFS has played in shaping the person my daughter is today, but also for what she will carry with her into the future as the person she will become.

Our experience with the UFS community has been positive and welcoming since the very beginning of the enrollment process. The quality of the education our child receives at UFS is excellent - we especially appreciate the focus on environmental responsibility, social justice, and equality in the school's curricula. Our child is valued and respected as an individual, and the environment of UFS has allowed her to thrive both academically and socially.
