Been going to Diamond Express car wash for about 2 years now between the two vehicles. I have the unlimited wash package on both vehicles overall been happy with everything not really any issues. The staff always seemed nice however I went there today and I was told by I think the owner that I ask too many questions when I come in. Keep in mind I been going there for 2 years and this is the first couple times I needed to ask questions. I understand with COVID that maybe they don’t want to speak with people but I have always had my mask on and was 6ft apart. I was just really in shock by the way I was treated I think by the owner. All of my questions have been valid like getting a new sticker, making sure my credit card is updated so they could be paid and updating my wash package and making sure it was the correct package before it was charged to my card. You can’t update it online or even see it online so I have no choice but to do it there. I am extremely upset and been a customer for a good amount of time. I use to enjoy going and getting my car washed so it’s really unfortunate. Not sure if I really want to go back after this experience. Not really great customer service and at this point I may cancel both of my memberships.

UPDATE: 5 stars! Had a wonderful chat with the sweet owner. She's really great and everyone needs to know that DIAMOND EXPRESS CAR WASH is the absolute best in Bucks County and beyond! I've been to ALL the car washes and this one's the best. The cleanliness is impeccable. ✌ufe0f❤ufe0fnnGreat wash, free vacuuming if you get any wash. The monthly plans save you more money but to get the dry shine brushes at end of wash is too expensive. I wish there was a $16 plan with BRUSHES!nnManger can be rude at times but crew is friendly. My suggestion is for them to change out the brushes and long wash straps more regularly. Straps have algae or mold at the top. Still it's one of the best wash set ups around. They'd get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if above was addressed.
