I've used Bi-County for many years for plumbing, heating and for other services they perform. This project was installing an AC system in a new home we just bought with no attic. Bill Evans came out and inspected the situation, told me it was a very difficult job and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable and after checking with other companies, i chose Bi-County based on their price and the integrity and honesty I've come to know for many years. They did the project and it was absolutely perfect. The work was performed in extreme heat but they started early each day and when all was said and done, it was completed to our total satisfaction. The clean-up was meticulous and the AC is working like a charm. If you have any heating, plumbing, repairs or AC work, you will be totally satisfied with Bi-County. I give them 10 out of 10 stars.

Just had a whole new air conditioning system put in my house to replace the old system. Did everything, including replacing the duct work throughout. This company is fantastic. I especially like that it is family owned and run. The owner did my estimate and was there at the beginning and end of the job. I believe the owner’s daughter is the office manager. I couldn’t be happier. A total professional job. My house is evenly cool throughout, especially under the pressure of these hot days we are having. If you want to support a local business, this is the one. I’m switching my heating service over to them from my existing company a few towns away.

Outstanding service of my air conditioning unit. Bi-County correctly diagnosed the problem, which was miss-diagnosed by another service company. And their cost to repair the problem was about the same as the cost quoted by the other company to determine where the suspected leak in my system was located, repair would have been additional. Very friendly and professional staff that made me comfortable that their goal was to take care of my problem, not sell me something I didn't need or gouge me on the price. I highly recommend Bi-County Fuels!

We live out of state and have a rental property in Chalfont, Pa. Our tenant called to let us know that the hot water heater was malfunctioning and needed replacement. We called Bill at Bi-County in the evening and not only did he allay our angst, he assured us the water heater would be remedied the next morning. As promised, the water heater was diagnosed and replaced the next morning, all for a great price and quality replacement product.
