I started using J’s Auto for my car needs in February. I cannot say enough positive things about this business and the people who run it. John is courteous, honest, accommodating and always willing to answer any of my many questions. I have needed service multiple times and John has always worked around my schedule to fit me in. He explains what needs to be done in a way that I can understand and provides quality work at honest pricing. Christine has also been there to answer my questions and give recommendations. When I needed tires for my car she did not quote the most expensive brand but rather recommended a quality brand at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an honest reliable mechanic.
They are so kind and warming. I really feel like I can trust them. They made sure I understood what was going in with my car and what my best options were. I’m always going to bring my car here. I really appreciate their service.

In the service writing class I took when learning how to work on diesel trucks, I was taught that when someone has a bad experience with a company, they tell up to seven times more people about it than when they have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. That may be why writing a review never occurred to me until now. At J's they take pride in their work as if it was their own vehicle. They aren't out to get you and your money so to speak. They have fantastic pricing for the elite level of service they provide. If you dont understand something there is always someone who is more than happy to explain in a way that even the least mechanically inclined can understand. They are also very accommodating and tailor every interaction as needed to provide a smooth ride from start to finish so you can enjoy a smooth ride once you leave. If you live in the Hatfield area, i highly recommend J's Auto Service for all of your car and truck repairs. They make finding an honest and caring service center easier than ever.
Can’t say enough about the outstanding service and follow up we received here. Had our air conditioning diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion and even received a phone call 2 weeks later to check in and make sure everything was working properly. Who does that anymore? Christine in the office also handled all of the warranty paperwork and follow up. She was amazing through the whole process. A great experience overall.
