I got the Opti-Coat Pro+ and interior cleaning on my 2020 BMW X3. I was very impressed by how much detail Mitch puts into his work. The interior of the car was cleaned very nicely inside and out. I don’t regret getting my car detailed and it shines like it’s brand new. Mitch also takes a lot of time to educate you on how to maintain your car.

Mitch gave my car a wash and a headlight treatment that got rid of the cloudy buildup which made a big difference in the appearance and quality of light. Mitch was easy to communicate and schedule with. I would definitely recommend him for any detailing services.

I found M.O. Detailing online as I was in desperation to find help with my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a one gallon glass milk jar explode in the back of my jeep after forgetting to bring it inside after grocery shopping. Yup, it froze overnight and exploded. Here I was a few months later - temperatures outside rising - and the smell was enough to make a sane person go mad. I had tried everything I could to remove the smell myself. It was to the point that I was about ready to sell the jeep and call it a day. Alas, I found Mitch. He immediately had an idea at our consult and we went for it. It has now been 2 weeks and no rotten milk smell! He detailed the interior of the jeep as well and it looked better than brand new. Mitch was kind enough to follow up with me a few days after working on the car, just to see if the smell had come back. Five stars for this guy - he was a total lifesaver! Will definitely be going back for future interior & exterior details.
