Food was very good. Thanks to coupons the price was reasonable. But even though I asked for extra napkins and sauces , I did not get them in my bag.

For anyone attracted by the cheesestak commercial. Take heed. In my opinion the bread was awful it had the characteristic of a sponge. The look and taste of the meat was ok but whatever was melted on it did not taste or appear as cheese. The sandwich while hot had cold product in it. The curly fries were great. Like the 100 year flood it will be another 10 years before I eat Arby's again

I love Arby's and I go about twice a week and never have an issue but tonight the young woman behind the speaker basically revealed she cant do her job properly. When the manager was brought in I was given an attitude. It was a very simple request one I make at every Arby's I visit. These two employees decided it was impossible to fulfill the request that ever other store has been able to fulfill. It was unprofessional and down right childish.
