Staff is very professional. They came on time. Price is very reasonable. They did an excellent job! Very satisfied with the service! Definitely recommend them.
We have a sensitive septic system that had a major blockage. Previously we were told by other companies we should dig up our yard and re-pipe. Rooter Man answered when we called, came out when we needed them, found the problem, and had all the equipment necessary to clear this large blockage that probably had been accumulating for years. They saved us a ton of money and aggravation. The service tech, Jake, gave us advice on how to better maintain the system and prevent this from happening in the future. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We also like to support veteran-owned businesses. Highly recommended.
