For anyone with roots in Northeastern PA, this is a must see. Most people don't realize the extensive musical heritage of the area! Bliss lived a life worthy of your time discovering it here. Both the artifact and document collection is amazing: never to be expected in such a small town. It is generally open on Saturdays and by appointment. I was glad for that, since I was not intending to be in the area on a Saturday. Tom, the curator is extremely knowledgeable of Rome and gospel music history!
