I had just spent $18 just to have my vehicle looking even dirtier. Windshield came out still dirty. My entire car was not cleaned properly. For the price and to have it done so poorly, I am not happy. Avoid this place. So disappointed
Absolutely terrible car wash!! Does not clean your car and has the worst drying system ever very disappointed in paying 18 dollars for pretty much a hose down job on a vehicle !!!
Have been going here for years. Within the past year (maybe a bit longer) they've been watering down their soaps/polish. Both with the touchless wash and manual wand, pre-soak is not nearly as thick and soapy as it used to be - its visibly quite watery. Regular soap option with the manual wand is less soapy (confirmed this with other people). Tri-color polish on the touchless wash has been reduced, e.x. today nearly none came out. The underbody wash used to last longer with the touchless wash. What gets me the most frustrated, which I don't think people notice, is they've increased the speed of the high-pressure rinse on the touchless wash, resulting in a quicker pass over your vehicle and a lesser quality clean - the second high-pressure rinse (for the higher tier washes) is drastically faster than it used to be as well. Sometimes even soap is left over.nDisappointing for a company that used to have a perfectly good traditional pull though wash, with people at the other end to dry off your car. This wash is an uninviting shell of it's former self. Will they change for the better? Probably not.
Does a better job than the Randy Williams wash in North Towanda!
It's all automated now was a little better when they had employees scrub and dry
