Briddick and his team helped us navigate what turned out to be a difficult sale with ease and speed. We were blown away by the results we got from listening to his advice about how to prep for the sale, and his help navigating through the numerous offers ensured we chose the most qualified buyers that got our house sold. He has highly skilled people working with him as well, including the photographer he used for our listing pictures. Jillian was always so quick to answer questions and keep us updated as well. Can't speak highly enough of this team!

Briddick and his assistant, Jillian, were both extremely instrumental in finding our first home. Even in an incredibly competitive market, they were always sending us available homes within our search criteria and they fought tooth and nail to make sure we were getting a good deal when we did eventually have an offer accepted. We are very thankful for them!

Right before COVID my family and I strongly considered moving to the Bellingham area. We contacted Briddick Webb and he gave us a wonderful tour of the various neighborhoods, toured a couple open homes, and answered all our questions about relocating. Unfortunately we are no longer in the market for a new home (life is too uncertain and unstable right now!) but I want to give a shout out to Briddick and his team. Professional, courteous, and all around awesome is how they've been. If you're looking to start a relationship with a realtor that is more than a transaction consider Briddick Webb Real Estate.
