Worked with Leo and his team and was a great experience from initial consult through the closing process. Worked with the team from out of town, but always received quick updates and attention. Waited for the home we wanted and won a very competitive offer through Leo’s negotiations with the selling agent. Definitely recommend use of Leo to friends and family.

Although we had a bit of a rough ride in the sale of our house due in part to market weirdness related to Covid, and part due to an inexperienced team from the buyers, Leo and his team stood with us all along the way. They provided well-based advice, compassion and empathy, and strong leadership. I believe that had we gone with a less-experienced team, the deal might have fallen through. We really felt they were in our corner with our best interests all along the way.

We purchased our 1st home through Leo and the Cohen Group NW. They were professional and super easy to work with. We were 1st time homebuyers, buyers coming from out of town, and during the pandemic. That could've been a recipe for disaster, but these folks made it easy. We had our ups and downs but came out of the process really happy with the home we purchased, and we even picked up a few new friends. Highly recommend.
