When we started searching, the idea of finding the our dream house seemed almost impossible. We had special needs and an array of particular preferences that I thought would take actual magic to fulfill. But Jerry was tireless in helping us find the house we needed and wanted. He regularly provided us candidates to review and met with us at hopeful homes very often. He was so patient, too. We had some pretty green questions between us, and he was happy to explain what we needed to know, and correct our misconceptions, without us ever feeling talked down to.nnAnd now we’re closing on a more exciting and satisfying house than we ever anticipated!nnI work in the real estate industry and I can’t think of any Realtor I would rather go with than Jerry Swann!

We enjoyed working with Jerry Swann to find great place for our son to live in Bellingham Washington. The real estate market there is very active and you must stay on top of all new listings. Things were literally changing on a day to day basis and we needed to have a close communication channel with Jerry or we would miss out on potential opportunities. Jerry combines his experience as a real estate agent and his past experiences as a housing inspector and contractor to provide a unique way to value property and understand how the homes condition affects the market value. Because of the speed of the changing market everyone had to remain flexible and be able to move on short notice. Jerry did a good job in making himself available on short notice through phone calls, emails and text messages. Jerry helped us remain clam and work through the market challenges.

Jerry helped me buy a home in Samish neighborhood when I moved to Bellingham from out of state. He is an excellent agent! He is honest, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. He will serve you well. I moved after retiring and he even helped me make the transition from out of state to Washington State, including finding me a condo to rent temporarily while looking for a house to buy. If I ever sell my current home, he will be my agent!

He helped me get the best price, and was in communication with me every step of the way.nJerry has lived in Bellingham for over 40 years, and his experience with the community is an added bonus.nJerry worked around my work schedule, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to meet him for meetings and paperwork at some local bakeries and taco shop, while on my way to work.nJerry is a great, honest, guy; I will recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

Moving here from the Midwest was a challenge. Jerry helped me find and purchase the perfect house, sight unseen. During our search he was patient, good humored, and his knowledge of the area and inventory were invaluable. As a former home inspector he took the guesswork out of the deal. I highly recommend him.
