Subway is Subway but this store is chronically understaffed. You can't have just one employee! Poor girl had 5 online orders with multiple sandwiches, plus a walk-in customer when I was there. Service should be the most important thing. The pot store a few doors down was robbed at gun point a few weeks ago. Having one employee on is both bad for service and dangerous.

Everytime I order online, which is about once a week, it's never ready when I get there. This time I showed up 30 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time and it still isn't ready. I have to wait for the 4 people in front of me to get their sandwiches made before she could get to mine. I'm currently sitting here at 45 minutes past my pickup time and its just now being made. The girl is here alone, so I understand that it's not her fault but management needs to step in and staff their store properly.

I went to this subway today and they young women who was taking our money kept looking at the guy who made our sandwiches and looking back at us and laughing. It was very disrespectful. We even made a comment about it and she said that it wasn’t us, but continued to laugh.

Too often, this restaurant is understaffed and you have to watch someone struggle to work a line. Also, without a manager present there’s things they can’t do to help you. Not saying this is a bad place to eat but the employee availability is inappropriate for a business like this.nnFour month later: Not much has changed. They’re even locking up the door before closing. Nice job! That’s a great way to earn money.
