The slowest restaurant I have ever been to
We called ahead and they said 30 minute wait that was fine since we were 20 minutes away. We get there wait 10 minutes in the car and come in and they say another 5 minutes, that was fine we went outside and waited. Come back in and they say another 20 minutes. So to me that’s not a 30 minute wait that’s and hour wait. We come back in after and hour and 20 minute wait, I understand that it’s hard during a pandemic but still that’s not a 30 minute wait. Also to say the manager did not look professional at all his shirt barely covered his belly.
Food was hot and tasty. The view was amazing. Cobb salad was good, love the option of fresh fruit instead of fries.
Natalee drew a sweet ninja turtle on the receipt for my pizza. Pizza was good too but the review is mostly for the drawing.
Every time we go to the Bellingham Red Robin it seems to take longer than the last time. Went today and ordered the Tavern Double, and a Cobb salad. Calling the order in, I got hung up on three times by the phone system. I wanted to let them know about the phone system issues when I checked in curbside. The lady that answered the phone hung up before I could tell her. I went inside to talk to someone and let them know. The burger I actually got was a serious disappointment, the salad seemed fine. . I didn't have time to go back or I would have to complain. Two patties and some cheese, a little lettuce and a single paper thin tomato. It was pathetic.what is going on Bellingham Red Robin?
