Subway

Repeatedly had to ask for a drink added to the order then when she finally did she forgot to give me the drink and then continued to say I’d have to buy it again even though she added it to my order already that i paid for, I just up and left instead of causing a scene but that was ridiculous.

Staff and service are top notch. I'm in here every day before work and always leave happy. Owner really has a passion for the business, and the experience shows that. Thanks guys!

I frequent Subway, but I normally go to the one on Lakeway as it is closer to my house. Their sandwiches are always well put together and consistent. That was not my experience at the Northwest location. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt in a wrap. The first thing I noticed was they used WAY less chicken than the other store. Then, they microwaved the contents for such a long time, that the meats burned my mouth. In addition to that, the price was almost $10. FOR ONE WRAP. At the other store I believe it's about $7.50.nnI don't know what's wrong with this Subway, but they skimp and overcharge. Stay away.

Poor customer service. Food was fine, but did not enjoy the lady manager working. Didn't even bother leaving a tip. Seemed overly judgmental and that is why I didnt tip her. I always will tip at least a buck or two but she clearly didn't want one that day.
