El Gitano

Great salsa. Small chunky pieces of onion, tomato, and spices make this very delicious. They even bring us one that's not spicy for our daughters.nnThere's a lunch menu. The Gitano burrito is the bomb. Big and saucy! It will fill even the biggest of bellies.nnThe place is huge with a bar section and a restaurant, so there were plenty of open seats. Service was fast and they went the extra mile.nnWe'll definitely go again any time we're in the area.

Nice place for a few friends to enjoy a meal together. Our first visit and I always try the chicken in mole when I visit a new Mexican restaurant. I was quite happy with their dish! Plenty of great chicken breast pieces with delicious mole! Corn or flour tortillas are served with that along with yummy rice and refried beans! I brought home some of my meal as I could not finish it all. The house Margarita was tasty too! We go back again and try other meals!

Our favorite spot for family style Mexican in Belligham. Friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices. The booths make it a cozy place to hang out and have a conversation. Great flavor, not too salty.
